Training for Volunteers and Professionals

Striving to empower people with skills and resources to build and repair relationships and thrive in their communities, LCJP’s trainings are guided by years of practical experience and trainers’ ongoing learning. LCJP’s approach is guided by The Colorado Restorative Justice State Council's standards of practice and training and the 5R’s of Restorative Justice authored by LCJP’s founder, Beverly Title.

LCJP’s customized, interactive trainings are designed for a wide range of individuals and organizations in the public and private sectors. Training participants learn tools for building respectful relationships and approaches to conflict resolution that prioritize responsibility and repair. LCJP training participants walk away with practical communication skills that they can use in any interpersonal dynamic.
